Plukon is hiring a Process Technology Manager to join its central Production Policy & Allocation team and support production, investments, automation, technical standards, and continuous improvement across Belgian and French sites. The role analyzes operational challenges, develops business cases and investment projects, evaluates new technologies, coordinates with plant managers, operations, maintenance, controllers, and suppliers, and supports complex technical issues and best-practice development. The position requires an industrial engineer with production experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, fluency in Dutch and French, and regular site presence.
