Paytm is hiring a Process Trainer to support its Merchant Lending business by designing and delivering learning experiences, building scalable capability programs, developing training content, managing learning operations, and measuring training effectiveness. The role partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to simplify complex lending-domain knowledge, digitize learning content through LMS and digital platforms, and improve learning engagement across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats. Candidates should have at least three years of Learning & Development experience, proficiency in Marathi, and a graduation qualification.
