Description
The Operations Trainer provides hands-on process training, coaching, onboarding, and employee development for new and existing distribution center associates. Serving as a subject matter expert, the role supports SOPs, quality, safety, and security initiatives, recommends process improvements, maintains training records, and collaborates with training, quality, industrial engineering, logistics, and audit teams. The position works Monday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, with availability to train on the first shift for the first 90 days, and requires a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
