Randstad Professional Life Sciences is hiring a Process Validation Engineer Cell Therapy | CAR-T EMEA for a pharmaceutical client building a new CAR-T production site in Ghent. The role focuses on implementing the pilot plant, coordinating validation activities such as PPQ, smoke studies, hold time validation, APQ, and APS, supporting tech transfer and equipment introduction, writing validation documentation, and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, knowledge of unit operations and cGMP, and fluency in Dutch and English.
