Bega Group is hiring a Process Worker for its Chelsea Heights manufacturing site in Melbourne’s south-east. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting production machinery, inspecting finished goods, recording production data, maintaining clean production areas, and following safety and quality procedures. It is a permanent full-time night shift from 9 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday, and requires previous FMCG experience, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, a current Australian driver’s license, and completion of a pre-employment medical.
