World Business Lenders is hiring a Processing Analyst to manage commercial loan files from receipt through underwriting and, for approved loans, through closing. The role involves reviewing and organizing loan documentation, contacting customers and internal teams, responding to underwriting conditions, coordinating with underwriting, closing, title, valuation, and legal teams, monitoring pipeline progress and service-level agreements, and maintaining accurate file records. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of banking or finance experience, commercial lending and loan-documentation knowledge, and the ability to interpret title commitments. It is fully remote, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and includes paid time off.
