Processing and Support Representative - Jacksonville, FL at Stillwater Insurance Group

Stillwater Insurance Group is hiring a Processing and Support Representative to confirm, endorse, service, and support internal and external property insurance customers. The role handles customer-initiated requests, deductible changes and cancellations, mortgage lender information, evidence of insurance documents, vacancy and foreclosure notifications, undefined inquiries, and communication with insureds and agents. It is an in-office position in Jacksonville, Florida, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge, customer service and communication skills, and organizational ability; prior property and casualty experience is preferred.
