Dr. Delphinium is hiring a Processing Associate in Dallas, Texas to support floral operations by receiving, unpacking, cutting, hydrating, and organizing fresh flower shipments; maintaining flower cooler and processing-area quality and cleanliness; and preparing floral inventory for design teams and deliveries. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, physical stamina in a cold environment, flexible Saturday availability, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license, safe cargo-van and box-truck driving, and successful drug and background screening.
