Vital Farms is hiring an internal Processing Associate for the day shift at Egg Central Station, where the employee will operate egg-processing machinery and robots, wash, sort, pack, inspect, and quality-check pasture-raised eggs, maintain sanitary food-production conditions, and move supplies and products with powered jacks. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule of 12-hour shifts, with the day crew working 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and requires one year of production or manufacturing experience, English proficiency, basic math, safe lifting of up to 60 pounds, and strict adherence to safety and food-quality procedures.
