Description
The Processing Clerk supports the judicial system by preparing and maintaining official court records, maintaining case files, processing legal documents, docketing civil and criminal cases, assigning case codes, issuing and servicing records, and updating case-maintenance systems. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, communication, and knowledge of Florida statutes and court procedures, along with a high school diploma or GED and relevant legal, records-management, customer-service, or administrative experience.
