Description
The Plastics Engineer (Plastic Injection Molding) will support manufacturing operations by developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting injection molding processes, improving product quality and efficiency, supporting new product launches, collaborating on tooling and material selection, reducing scrap and cycle times, and leading continuous-improvement and automation initiatives. The role also involves customer communication, root-cause analysis, sampling, PPAP coordination, and training manufacturing technicians and operators. It is a full-time, in-person position requiring experience with injection molding, tooling, quality systems, thermoplastics, mold design, and robotics and automation.
