Nature's Bakery is hiring a Second-Shift Production Supervisor in Carson City, Nevada, for a Monday-Friday 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. shift with overtime as needed. The role supervises assigned personnel, oversees food-product quality and safety, maintains GMP and OSHA compliance, manages production scheduling and line efficiency, performs changeovers and audits, and develops a motivated, trained staff. A high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and math skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to plan and schedule machinery and personnel are required. The position pays $25.33 per hour with a $1.50 per hour shift differential for eligible shifts, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
