Link Snacks is hiring a Production Worker for a first-shift Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with hours that may vary. The role prepares and processes raw meat ingredients, blends batches, moves meat through production equipment, and packages finished product for shipment. The position requires adherence to production schedules, safety and manufacturing standards, GMPs, HACCP, sanitation procedures, and FIFO practices, with no prior education or experience required. Knowledge of warehouse and assembly-line work is preferred. The hiring range is $18.58 to $27.87 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) participation, paid holidays, and paid time off available to eligible team members.
