Mars is hiring a Processing Machine Operator to oversee the performance, efficiency, and output of multiple machines and processes on an assigned production line. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns, coordinating operators and temporary associates, and coaching and developing line associates. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience, formal mechanical training or a strong mechanical background, and proven ability to lead machinery repairs; FMCG or high-speed production experience is preferred.
