Nature’s Bakery is hiring a manufacturing associate for its newly opened food manufacturing facility. The role involves measuring and mixing ingredients, operating and maintaining machinery, supporting food safety and quality, handling materials through an ERP system, completing batching and traceability paperwork, and working as part of a team. Day and night 12-hour shifts are available, with hourly pay starting at $24.25 and growth opportunities through training milestones. The position requires physical strength, equipment-changeover ability, ERP and HMI proficiency, English proficiency, and the ability to work in cold and warm environments; full-time employees may be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
