Triumvirate Environmental is hiring an onsite Processing Machine Operator for its North Carolina recycling operation. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and pays $16.25 per hour for a Monday-through-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Responsibilities include operating balers, shredders, grinders, and extruding equipment; sorting and labeling recycled plastics; adjusting compounder settings; cleaning work areas; stacking materials safely; and following OSHA and company safety practices. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift operation, the ability to stand for eight hours and lift 50 pounds repetitively, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship. Previous manufacturing and forklift experience are preferred.
