Byrne is hiring a Processing Manager for its East Syracuse facility to lead dairy processing operations, equipment reliability, team hiring and development, continuous learning, standardized processes, cost management, and strategic planning. The role requires a minimum GED or high school diploma, an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and at least six years of experience as a Processor in the dairy industry. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday on the first shift with weekend availability as needed, and offers a salary of $88,000 to $116,500 per year plus medical, dental, vision, bonus, retirement, and educational benefits.
