Pulte Mortgage is hiring candidates in Colorado for a hybrid, full-time paid Processing Mortgage Banking Trainee Program beginning October 21, 2026, leading to a full-time Loan Processor position. The role involves learning and performing residential mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing support; reviewing borrower documents; ensuring compliance with investor guidelines; communicating loan status to customers; and using critical-thinking, organization, customer-service, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills. Applicants need at least one year of customer-service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace, and must reside in Colorado at hire.
