Nesco Resource is hiring Processing Operators in Rush Henrietta, New York, on a temp-to-hire basis for a leading food manufacturing company. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, performing changeovers and routine maintenance, monitoring production and quality, documenting processes, reporting deviations, troubleshooting with Maintenance, and following food safety and GMP procedures. The position offers day and night rotating shifts, with day-shift pay of $22 per hour and night-shift pay of $23.50 per hour including a $1.50 shift differential. A high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and rotating-shift flexibility are required.
