Nevada Pic A Part is hiring a full-time Loader Operator to operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment in its self-service automotive salvage yards in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. The role involves moving vehicles and materials, staging vehicles on wheel stands, maintaining yard placement and cleanliness, performing safety checks and basic loader maintenance, and coordinating with production and inventory teams. Candidates need at least two years of loader or heavy equipment operation experience, a record of safe equipment use, vehicle-handling knowledge, safety compliance, outdoor work tolerance, and a valid operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
