Description
The Seed Processing Operator reports to the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager, or Production Location Manager and operates processing, treating, and bagging equipment in a corn plant. The role includes monitoring product quality, reporting operational status and supply needs, assisting with husking, sorting, drying, discarding, shelling, and seed-box washing, and recording bagging information. No prior experience is required; applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic mechanical skills, mathematical ability, and successful completion of Beck’s Fork Lift training. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted and may require respiratory medical clearance.
