Description
Capstone Copper is hiring an entry-level Processing Laborer to perform general cleanup and maintenance duties around processing plant equipment and travel areas. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections and upkeep, cleaning with shovels and wheelbarrows, washing floors, operating valves, participating in training and safety meetings, and taking on additional assigned tasks. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, work in hot and cold environments, kneel, crawl, stoop, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds for 100 feet. No previous mining experience is required, but a high school diploma or GED, Arizona driver's license, and related safety-sensitive experience are preferred. The position follows a 7-on/7-off schedule with alternating 12-hour day and night shifts, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
