Nutrition 101 LLC is hiring a full-time Processing Shift Supervisor in Archdale, North Carolina to oversee production operations during the second shift. The role supervises processing staff, manages workflow and load scheduling, operates and maintains processing equipment, ensures food safety and quality compliance, trains crew, and resolves operational issues. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of lead or advanced operator experience in manufacturing or processing, and certification or ability to obtain forklift, yard truck, and plant equipment operation credentials.
