The Production Supervisor supervises a team of production workers and oversees staffing, training, safety, quality, sanitation, inventory, production data, and continuous-improvement activities in a meat-snack manufacturing facility. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing experience, and 1–3 years of lead experience, with a Monday–Thursday 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule.
