Description
Cresco Labs is hiring a Processing Supervisor to lead daily post-harvest processing activities at its Yellow Springs, Ohio facility. The role supervises processing agents, oversees deboning, sifting, grading, trimming, remediation, sanitation, quality control, scheduling, training, productivity tracking, and compliance documentation, and reports to site leadership. The position requires supervisory experience, production or food manufacturing experience, strong SOP and time-management skills, and the ability to work with plant material and perform repetitive physical tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with compensation of $52,500 USD and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
