Description
The City of New York’s Division of Traffic Operations’ Automated Enforcement Unit is hiring three Principal Administrative Associate Level 2 supervisors to oversee camera operations processing for red light, fixed-speed, mobile-speed, bus-lane, weigh-in-motion, double-parking, bus-stop, and other traffic violations. The role supervises camera technicians, approves or rejects proposed violations, oversees Notices of Liability issuance, performs quality assurance and auditing, prepares statistical reports, troubleshoots technical issues, and handles scheduling, timesheets, overtime monitoring, and other human-resources functions. Candidates must meet the specified administrative or supervisory experience and education requirements, and the position may be eligible for remote work up to two days per week.
