Lactalis US Yogurt is hiring a Process Supervisor in Brattleboro, Vermont to lead processing employees on assigned shifts and maximize productivity and key performance indicators. The role oversees production scheduling, raw material and inventory flow, sanitation, wastewater, preventive maintenance, quality assurance, safety and regulatory compliance, and employee development. It reports to the Manager, Processing and requires a high school diploma, an associate’s degree preferred, and at least two years of experience leading, mentoring, or delegating work in a manufacturing facility. The salary is $65,000–$70,000 plus a 10% annual bonus.
