Description
The first-shift production operator works Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with overtime available on Saturday. The role involves inspecting components against customer and production specifications, preparing production reports, maintaining housekeeping, supporting operators with component counting, glass beading, tank-solution changes, and parts movement, and learning part-washing and blasting equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, manual dexterity, basic literacy, communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
