The Processing Trade Manager leads end-to-end processing-trade operations for clients, including handbook and e-file management, import/export declarations, bonded supervision, customs compliance, audits, reconciliations, risk mitigation, regulatory updates, and system optimization. The role requires at least 10 years of processing-trade experience, deep knowledge of Chinese Customs regulations, strong analytical and communication skills in English and Mandarin, and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
