Description
The Loan Processor prepares loan submissions from Loan Officers for underwriting, reviews and submits documentation for FHA, VA, conventional, DPA, non-QM, and other loan programs, tracks required documents, coordinates with Loan Officers and borrowers through funding, and closes out files for quality control. The role requires strong knowledge of multiple mortgage programs, at least five years of mortgage experience, and offers hybrid or remote work with a stated salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year plus bonus.
