Level One Personnel is hiring a full-time, long-term contract Processing Specialist – 1 (Initial Reviewer) in Rockville, Maryland. The role reviews electronic data, images, and videos for traffic-event processing, categorizes materials according to client and management guidance, reports equipment or process issues, communicates concerns through email, phone, and ticketing platforms, and maintains process documentation. The position pays $20 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, drug and background check eligibility, confidentiality and PII protection, PC skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication. Health benefit coverage is available after 60 days, a 401(k) after one year, and one week of accrued sick leave.
