Description
The Processor is responsible for preparing loan submissions from Loan Officers for underwriting with Q Home Loans. This role also involves submitting, tracking, and following up on all documentation required to close loans, acting as a point of contact for Loan Officers and borrowers, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for final approval and funding. Additionally, the Processor will conduct weekly pipeline review meetings, maintain customer service levels, and develop procedures for the loan processing function.
