Bacardi is hiring for a Procure-to-Pay support role focused on purchasing and payment operations. The position involves coordinating daily team work, controlling request backlogs, analyzing PTP KPIs, improving process efficiency, performing quality audits, supporting system and process questions, and assisting with controls and audits. The ideal candidate has experience in accounts payable or operational procurement, strong SAP knowledge, analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and fluency in English; Italian or Polish is a plus.
