Veiligheidsregio Groningen is hiring a Procurement Advisor to professionalize and strategically develop its procurement function. The role independently coordinates complex European tenders for fire-service equipment, vehicles, protective suits, IT systems, and facility services; advises on tenders and contracts; develops procurement strategies and frameworks; and improves processes through change management. The position requires an HBO degree, completion of a NEVI 1 or NEVI 2 program, and at least two to three years of European tendering experience in government or the public sector. It offers a permanent hybrid role with a gross monthly salary of €3,843 to €5,748, flexible hours, ABP pension, and home-workspace facilities.
