Description
The Procurement Agent leads front-end procurement, contracting, tendering, subcontractor and vendor engagement, contract negotiation, procurement governance, and commercial-risk activities from project award through startup. The role supports project budgets, risk assessments, subcontractor prequalification, contract administration, commercial issue resolution, and project review, while mentoring project team members and promoting Lean and operational-excellence practices. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of progressively responsible construction project management, procurement, contract administration, or commercial management experience, and strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, financial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
