Description
The Procurement Analyst supports logistics operations for four USCIS regions and 130 geographically dispersed USCIS Application Support Center locations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role provides project management support across procurement, property control, FAR compliance, SOP development, and funds expenditure control; serves as the primary point of contact when the Senior Logistics Manager is absent; and ensures adherence to quality assurance, organizational, and environmental health and safety standards. Responsibilities include procurement metrics analysis, purchasing monitoring, invoice reconciliation, inventory management, property audits, site relocation coordination, vendor requirements coordination, and RFP initiation. The position requires four years of procurement experience, an associate's degree, and US citizenship for facility credentials; compensation is $62,000-$82,000 with health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
