Description
Glean is hiring a global Procurement Analyst to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay execution for Glean corporate and its subsidiaries. The role covers purchase requisition and purchase order processing, vendor onboarding, contract and compliance oversight, RFQ/RFP support, payment terms, renewals, audit readiness, process documentation, dashboards, and procurement improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least six years of progressive procurement and operations experience, and familiarity with P2P platforms and Microsoft Excel. It is hybrid, with four days per week in Glean’s Bangalore office.
