Sacyr is hiring a Procurement Analyst to manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier identification, bidding, comparative analysis, contracting, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery tracking, contract documentation, and coordination with project, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams. The role also involves supplier performance evaluation, tender support, reporting on consumption and savings, and compliance with risk prevention and sustainability procedures. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least two years of procurement, purchasing, or supply experience, knowledge of contracting and contract management, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and teamwork abilities.
