Description
The employer is seeking a senior contracting professional to manage complex, high-value defence acquisitions from market research and tender evaluation through negotiation and award, including supplier selection, contract administration, performance monitoring, compliance, and procurement-system recordkeeping. The role is mostly off-site with regular days in Brussels and requires a related degree or long contracting career, high-value pre-award and post-award experience, knowledge of competitive and sole-source practices, cost and price analysis, contract law, and contract administration, plus strong communication and e-procurement skills.
