Procurement & Inventory Specialist at Team Builder Recruiting

H2 LLC is hiring a Procurement & Inventory Specialist in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to own end-to-end purchasing, supplier partnerships, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and supply-chain risk management across multiple branches. The role requires at least three years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply-chain experience, strong negotiation and vendor-management skills, ERP/MRP and Microsoft Excel proficiency, and preferably a bachelor's degree in a related field. Compensation is $70,000-$90,000 per year, DOE, with health, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
