Thesis is hiring a Procurement & Logistics Analyst to own sourcing, supplier and contract manufacturer negotiations, demand planning, S&OP, inventory policies, 3PL and freight performance, inbound logistics, landed cost, and supply chain systems. The role has direct margin and customer-experience impact and supports DTC, retail, Amazon, and wholesale growth. Candidates should have about three years of supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience, quantified supplier cost-savings results, 3PL and freight management experience, strong forecasting and inventory skills, advanced spreadsheet modeling ability, cross-functional communication skills, and practical fluency with AI tools. The role is hybrid, based at Thesis's office in the Flatiron area of New York City, with a base salary of $60,000-$80,000 and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
