Description
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the purchasing and replenishment of components and finished goods for instrument and implant products. This includes assisting with prototype, pilot production, and full launch procurements, ensuring timely deliveries, executing procurement strategies like supplier consolidation and VMI, and monitoring supplier performance. The role involves close collaboration with the Operations team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, project management, and risk management.
