The Purchasing Specialist places purchase orders for food and packaging SKUs, coordinates with distribution centers, suppliers, and production locations, monitors inventory and freight, resolves supplier issues, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends three times per quarter.
