Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Procurement CAPEX Representative to support capital investment projects in a manufacturing environment. The role develops procurement and contracting strategies, leads sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award activities, manages commercial contract and purchase-order work, monitors expenditure and forecasts, mitigates supply-chain and contractor risks, ensures compliance, and collaborates with project, finance, engineering, legal and EHS teams. The position requires working on site five days per week and at least two years of relevant procurement, supply chain, project engineering, project controls, commercial management or related experience.
