Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Procurement CAPEX Representative to support capital investment projects in a manufacturing environment. The role develops procurement and contracting strategies, leads sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award activities, manages commercial contract and purchase-order activities, monitors expenditure and forecasts, identifies supply-chain and contractor risks, ensures compliance, and collaborates with project, finance, engineering, legal and EHS teams. The position requires on-site work five days per week and at least four years of relevant procurement, supply chain, project engineering, project controls, commercial management or related experience.
