Five Below is hiring a senior procurement leader to manage strategic and operational procurement for fixtures, print, packaging, warehouse operations, services, security, and energy. The role leads a procurement team, oversees outsourced print services, develops sourcing and supplier strategies, manages negotiations and supplier performance, supports cost savings and sustainability initiatives, and optimizes procurement processes and technology. It requires at least 10 years of procurement or related leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and strong financial, analytical, project-management, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills.
