Textron Systems is hiring a Procurement Category Manager for its Lycoming Engines business area. The role owns the strategy and execution of high-dollar, high-complexity systems, materials, and services procurement, including supplier selection, sourcing projects, supplier audits, cost and price analysis, negotiations, contract preparation, contract compliance, and management of multiple supplier programs. The position requires an undergraduate degree in a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of AS9100 and ISO standards, global supplier management experience, and strong Microsoft Office, MRP, communication, and travel-documentation skills.
