Description
EPSA is hiring a Procurement Manager to lead the migration of its Source-to-Pay process to Oracle Cloud and manage a portfolio of software and services procurement. The role includes owning the S2P business process, participating in requirements and governance workshops, defining functional tests and data migration rules, coordinating integrations and change management, and managing sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, supplier relationships, and governance. The position is based in Île-de-France, requires at least two days per week on Mondays and Tuesdays, starts in October 2026, and runs until May 2027.
