Description
The Procurement Contracts Manager at Realty Operations Group (ROG) will oversee the entire lifecycle of procurement agreements, from drafting and negotiation to administration and close-out. This role involves managing various contract types like MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and NDAs, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory compliance. The manager will also handle stakeholder interactions, identify and mitigate risks, and contribute to financial analysis of contract pricing. A strong background in legal acumen, procurement knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential for successful contract execution and alignment with corporate policies.
