Description
Jönköping Municipality is hiring a Procurement Controller to strengthen procurement governance, contract compliance, monitoring, and internal control through data-driven analysis. The role analyzes purchasing, contracts, suppliers, spend, and procurement patterns; identifies risks and efficiency opportunities; develops reports and key performance indicators; and supports procurement officers and operational teams. It requires a relevant university-level education, experience with advanced analysis and monitoring, strong Excel skills, and preferably analytics or BI experience. The position is permanent, with the start date to be agreed upon and initial interviews planned for weeks 42–43.
